DMG MORI machining centres (Germany) – extended working envelope for large and complex parts
Klingelnberg grinding centres – finish machining of large parts
Specialised lifting equipment – safe handling of heavy workpieces
Typical products – rods and shafts, large flanges, hydraulic cylinder housings and assemblies
Gear drives

Custom gears

Small and large gears up to 2 m in diameter – to the customer's technical documentation. High-alloy steels and special alloys with heat treatment.

Haas VF-5 + DMG MORI CTX 510 – small and medium gears, individual parameters: tooth count, module, profile, helix angle
Klingelnberg and Schiess – hobbing operations for large gears
Tooth profile inspection – Zeiss Contura, contact profilometers, 3D scanners
High-alloy steels and special alloys – heat treated for greater wear resistance and service life

Applications

Drives and gearboxes – components for power units
Lifting and materials-handling equipment – overhead cranes, hoists, heavy conveyor systems
Industrial and mobile equipment – construction machinery, special vehicles, agricultural machinery
Power generation – damper drives, turbine mechanisms, generators
Heavy and general engineering – transmission systems, mechanical drives, slewing assemblies
Mining and metallurgy – crushers, mills, drives for heavy plant
Foundry

Steel and iron casting

Castings in carbon and alloy steel, grey and ductile iron – from one-off blanks to series batches. Moulding in chemically bonded sand, green sand, permanent moulds and by the lost-foam process. Finished castings are heat treated and finish machined on our CNC fleet.

Steel – carbon and alloy grades (GOST / AISI equivalents)
Cast iron – grey, ductile and malleable grades
Methods – chemically bonded sand, green sand, permanent mould, lost foam
Casting weight – from 0.5 to 2000 kg
Heat treatment – annealing, normalising, quenching and tempering
Finish machining of castings on CNC machines to drawing tolerances
Forge shop

Forging

Open-die and closed-die hot forging of shafts, flanges, rings and discs. Forging consolidates the metal structure and improves the mechanical properties of the blank – strength, impact toughness and fatigue resistance. Forgings are quenched and tempered and finish machined on CNC machines to drawing tolerances.

Open-die forging – shafts, axles, rings, discs
Closed-die hot forging of series forgings
Materials – structural and alloy steels
Forging weight – up to 2000 kg (by agreement)
Heat treatment – normalising, quenching, tempering
Finish machining of forged blanks on CNC machines
Metals and alloys

Materials

We work with a wide range of metals – from structural steels to titanium alloys and tungsten carbides. Strict incoming inspection with verification of supplier certificates.

Carbon and alloy steels – to GOST, AISI, ASTM; high strength and wear resistance
Stainless steels – AISI 304, 316, EN 1.4404; corrosion resistance for the food, chemical and medical industries
Aluminium alloys – 6xxx and 7xxx series (ASTM); light and strong, for aerospace, automotive and construction
Titanium alloys – GOST VT1-0, VT6; a high strength-to-weight ratio
Copper and bronze alloys – excellent conductors of heat and electricity, for electrical engineering and machine building
Tungsten carbides – hardness 9 on the Mohs scale, for refractory and wear-resistant parts
Composites and advanced alloys – on customer request
Heat treatment and hardening – quenching, tempering, normalising, nitriding, carburising
Incoming material inspection – verification of supplier certificates and laboratory testing of raw material

Incoming and final inspection

Every batch undergoes mandatory inspection before dispatch to the customer.

01Conformity to drawing

Geometry and materials – to the customer's drawing.

02Inspection by operation

Diameters, concentricity, chamfers – after every key operation: turning, milling, hobbing.

03Gear meshing

Module, tooth profile, pressure angle, backlash.

04Concentricity and run-out

Squareness of mating surfaces – tolerances down to 0.05 mm.

05Surface finish

Physical properties, quality of heat treatment and corrosion protection.

06Marking and packing

Checked before dispatch.

On request – measurement and test reports, conformity statements and accompanying documentation.

Warranty and post-warranty support

We warrant the products we manufacture – with technical advice, failure analysis and replacement where a warranty claim is confirmed. We can also supply spare parts, support series deliveries and re-manufacture from archived documentation.
