High-volume and mass-production parts

Series production on a fleet of CNC machines: consistent sizes and repeatable tolerances from part to part. Exactly to drawing, on schedule and with assured quality – from a trial batch to standing deliveries.

Capabilities

We load the shop with series work, from a trial batch to regular standing deliveries. Tooling and machining programs are set up once and run for the whole order, with no loss of quality between batches.

Haas machining centres

High-output CNC fleet

More than 30 CNC machines in continuous operation
Multi-shift loading for series orders
Spare capacity – deadlines hold even at peak load
DMG MORI lathes

Automated turning and milling

Tooling and fixtures built for repeat batches
Proven machining programs – no time lost on setup
Consistent geometry from the first part of the batch to the last
Product range

What we make in series

We produce large and small batches of a stable product range – for hydraulic unit assembly, for kitting, or as replacements for wearing parts. Shape and tolerances are fixed by the customer's drawing and held across the whole batch.

Axles and shafts – plain and stepped, for bearings and couplings
Flanges – for pipework and flanged joints
Bushings – press-fit, plain-bearing, repair kits
Housings and covers – for hydraulic units and gearboxes
Standard sizes with standard tolerances – no re-approval for every batch
Materials – structural steels, stainless steel, aluminium

Quality control

Consistency and control

A series order holds the same quality from the first part of the batch to the last. We check dimensions at every stage and confirm the origin of the material so that the batch stays traceable.

Repeatability from batch to batch – one machining program and one set of tooling
Sample and 100% inspection of dimensions – to drawing requirements
Incoming material inspection – certificates checked against the metal batch
Traceability – from the blank to the finished part and the delivered batch

Why series production

Advantages of a series order

Series production lowers the unit cost and makes deliveries predictable: tooling and the process are set up once, not from scratch for every batch.

01Lower price

The unit cost falls as the order volume grows.

02Reliable lead times

A predictable schedule of batch deliveries.

03Single set of tooling

The process is set up once for the entire series.

04Assured quality

Repeatable tolerances across the whole batch.
