Product range

We manufacture gears of all the main types – from simple cylindrical pairs to complex multi-rim clusters. Module, tooth count and mounting dimensions are set from your drawing or sample.

Gear cutting

Accuracy and tooth cutting

Teeth are cut by hobbing and shaping, and the profile is finish ground on precision Klingelnberg equipment – this delivers the required accuracy grade and a consistent contact pattern in the pair.

Tooth cutting – by hobbing and shaping

Tooth grinding – finish machining of the profile on Klingelnberg machines

Accuracy grade – to drawing requirements, including precision drives

Materials and heat treatment – case-hardening and heat-treatable steels; carburising, quenching
