Machining on CNC machines
More than 30 CNC machines – turning, milling, grinding and drilling/boring to IT6–IT7 tolerances. We make parts up to Ø 2 m in diameter and up to 16 m long.
Equipment
We work on Haas machining centres and DMG MORI lathes, backed by large-capacity Schiess machines and Klingelnberg gear-grinding equipment – covering the full range from accurate series parts to one-off large blanks.

Types of machining
We carry out the full machining cycle – from the blank to the finished part to the customer's drawing. We work with a wide range of structural and hard-to-machine materials.
Accuracy and inspection
We hold IT6–IT7 tolerances and surface roughness down to Ra 0.8 µm. Every batch passes incoming and final inspection on certified metrology equipment.

From one-off large blanks to series batches of parts with consistent geometry – we select the machine and the process to suit the specific job.
